View in agendaWhen we think of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs), our minds automatically jump to Python. But what happens when the model is already trained, and what you actually need is to build massive, fast, and efficient production software around it?
That is where the game changes completely, and where Go (Golang) steps in as the ultimate unsung hero. In fact, key tools in the local AI ecosystem (like Ollama) are written in Go for a very good reason.
In this talk, we will open up the bonnet of modern AI applications to see why the software engineering surrounding the LLM matters just as much as the model itself. We’ll discover how Go’s native concurrency (goroutines and channels) provides the perfect architecture to coordinate complex AI workflows, handle real-time token streaming, and deploy autonomous agents without devouring your servers' memory.
